At Little Memories, we take great pride in offering only the highest quality products. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to exchange or return an item.
Standard Returns & Exchanges - Change of Mind (UK Orders)
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
• The item is unused and in its original packaging
• The item is returned in a resaleable condition
• You are responsible for returning the item to us by post at your cost through your desired courier - we would ask that you send us the tracking number (if tracked option selected) so we can keep on top of your return
Standard Returns & Exchanges - Change of Mind (International Orders)
For international orders, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in original packaging
• Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs
• We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return of your item
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. A clear photograph of the fault or damage must be provided before we can process a replacement or refund.
• If we are at fault, we will provide a pre-paid return label where required or issue a full refund/replacement depending on the product and situation
• For international orders, a replacement or refund will be issued, and in some cases we may request that the goods are returned using a pre-paid label provided by us
• All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
Missing Items
Any missing or incomplete orders must be reported within 7 days of receipt or expected delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate or resolve any issues reported after this time frame.
Personalised Items
As personalised items are custom-made to your specific order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or customer error. In the rare event that your personalised item arrives damaged or faulty, we will arrange a replacement (stock allowing) once photographic evidence has been provided.
